Seriously though, the good news is that we are destined for greatness one day. It's just we have to maintain a tradition of going the long way about our business.... Merely increasing the joy when we do attain it!

we have just got a bucket load of cash for a player that we signed out of contract in 2008

the players dont have to put up with mylers arrogance anymore, a happy dressing room all round because from what i have heard nobody really liked him at the club

the leythers have just gone down, a year after they were saying they had a good case for Super league! FWIW i think they would of done even worse this year than when they were here in 2005 if they got a franchise

hope the stadium does get the go ahead.. think its should be a def before the next franchise comes round if not could be a struggle to get one

think you have signed matty smith on loan for a year... dont think he has done much at celtic this year though but maybe he will play like scott moore has played for us (well for the first half of the season anyway!)

i think brett hodgson, matt king, billy slater would struggle to do something playing for a side that is on the back foot in every game... i think he played well at saints and i would happily see him our first choice 7 ratchford at 6 and smith playing hooker, as long as he defends on the wing

i can also see us signing a quality front rower as well as we are losing stapleton and leuluai but there are areas in which we need to strengthen as well as that. i dont think the myler money will go on any new players but, with robbie paul, craig stapleton, phil leuluai, jordan turner and richard myler leaving there is plenty of salary space there...

i also think we will start next season a lot stronger than what we did in the first 6 or 7 games this year, and it hasnt been entirely bad for us this year with wins at hull fc, leeds, huddersfield (all of which were significant years after our last victories there) we have also beaten saints, warrington and bradford at home
