I know he does a lot of work in local schools and kids who have had no previous interest in Salford have been down to games just because of the little time they spent with Phil during a PE lesson.
Both his sons go to my lads school and if you ever see him around he always has time to talk to you and as quoted he is great coaching the kids.
He would be ideal as a RFL development officer when he packs in playing.
