I'm sorry to say it folks, but that's just about as bad as it gets.

No support play etc.

Absolutely void of any attacking ideas.

Not 1 clean break from the halfbacks.

Neither winger attempted to come inside and look for work.

Both centres were totally ineffective.

Dreadful interchanges... (WHY, after 67 mins, take Robbie Paul off and replace him with.....Luke Swain)

And as for J Smith, don't even get me started....he is very, very poor (no doubt that he's a country mile better than me, but I'm not on 2k a week, a residence and a company car).

We can't blame the ref for tonight's result, because even if he was on our side, we wouldn't have come close to winning.

I know that the game has changed drastically in the last decade, but regardless, even in the late 80's, early, mid & late 90's, we were never as poor as the display tonight.

I am now beginning to understand why the younger people who come on here are disillusioned.

To all the old stagers, like me, I salute you, as we have followed our club thru thick & thin, but honestly, I am now fearing the worst for Salford RLFC

only in my 5th season but has to be one of the worst lack lusture performances ive seen.like mentioned in other posts,we are at the stage with nothing to play for and no relegation,most of that team tonight didn't look interested in playing for salford reds,it was as if it was a normal shift at the office and a wage to pick up for there weeks work!thanks lads,no wonder only 3k hardcore home support there,was one of the 100 at hull last week and that was nearly as bad too!!sad times with this myler affair and stadium rubbish!!heres to trips to barrow whitehaved and dewsbury in 3 years!
am keeping the faith,but when u look forward to seeing ur beloved team all week and turn up to watch that pile of poop it is a little upsetting!

no he doesn't but he can cause unrest through out the team, how did he play anyway?

Think there is alot of unrest at the club especially as half of them are talking to other clubs or leaving at the end of the season.Takes me back to 2 seasons ago when we got relegated.

I dont think its just the players. An attendance of only around 3700. I was in the middle of the shed and there were 'fans' in front of me giving abuse to players before they even got on the pitch. I'm sick of these so called supporters who do this. Plus not 2 long ago regardless of how we played people would stay 2 the end but it was heartbreakin to see the shed half empty at the end. I fear the worse since we came back in2 super league, I'd say about 6 or 7 players are trying every week, attendances have gone down, and for some reason weve attracted some so called fans who come 2 games and act like d**ks.

just thought the whole "atmosphere " last night was strange,just seemed like lots of fans were just talking amongst themselves,about the state of play,stadium etc.....................weird
