1500 was a good turnout. Fair play to Salford for this. As a Wigan fan I hope you get it nailed on for rugby in Manchester and fook that Sale Sharks nonsense off.

No, we will see the usual 400 or so who turn up every week.

we got lost in the 20,000 wigan fans who turned up tonight.

I generally dont quote on crowd figures as we dont get many or take many but wigan fans should be ashamed of that att. tonight. dear dear dear dear me

this will not be the end, or even the beginning of the end.
It is merely the end of the beginning

We took 1,533 to the JJB last night and in my opinion that was a fantastic turnout.

But of late we have had that many away games I can't see a repeat next week on the return trip.

WELL DONE TO ALL THE REDS FANS LAST NIGHT AT THE JJB....

I'll refer you to a stat from someone on our site:

Quote: For cup standards - 9,466 is a good crowd.

Leeds v Wigan in 2007 only saw a 9,612 crowd declared. 10,129 for the same cup game last season.

I don't know what standards you are going off, but it was a decent crowd for a cup quarter final.
