I think our whole team has come on leaps & bounds since our promotion from NL1 but just flicking thru stats on Super League homepage (opta stats) & who should be 2nd in tackle count for this season but our very own Mr Adamson

http://www.superleague.co.uk/statistics ... 2009&hp2=7

Plus he is a game behind on Seany O'Loughlin (36 Tackles to be precise) an with Adamson averagin 40-50 tackles a game he should smash that no probs...

Might we see yet another tackle record breaker in Luke Adamson, Malc breaking the 1000 tackle mark in SL a few years ago. :D :D :D

I think this kid is an absolute diamond in defense and his attack has improved ten fold, with a never say die work rate (closely followed by swain) I think if we can keep hold of him & the likes of Myler, Ratchford, Turner, and also build around them then were going to have no problems in retaining a SL franchise in 2012.

I think the playing side of things is the lease of our worries when it comes to the next round of franchises. If we dont get the new stadium sorted out then anything else will become irrelevant.

It is a realistic response. Our next franchise bid must be better than the one that got us the franchise for this year. Our results in the past couple of months have been fantastic. With the key performances of the youngsters it will strengthen our claims. However the stadium issue is the most relevant to whether we have a long term future in super league. We are competing against Widnes and Leigh who have the required stadia.

I think the RFL will have to judge the financial climate when the Franchises are given out. We are not the only club struggling to build a stadium so the criteria might have to be tweaked a little with maybe more onus on youth development. Maybe by that time 3 more of our players could have full England caps :?:

i think we should be ok when the next franchises are handed out if the club keeps on with the good work. Stadium is only one part of it, which like people said should be taken into account with the financial meltdown happening.
