...some Birthday cake, it's Stu's 30th Birthday today and after making his 134th consecutive appearance on Saturday (as part of over 230 matches) Stu is a modern day legend, (maybe not in the Watkins, Risman, Lomas use of the word) so with that many happy ones Stu.

I'm also lead to believe it's another red legends birthday today the one and only Sean Rutgerson!

Stu is one of those players that fans will remember, not always for the right reasons, but his record of scoring against Leigh every time they abuse him is funny.

Quite rightly a modern day Salford RLFC legend. One of those players oppo fans hate because of his lack of real skill, but to us having watched him for over 10 years he plays every game like his life depends on it. If you cut him in half he would have Salford City Reds running through his blood.
