Not particularly I thought. By the way tonight proved to me that while it's probably too big an ask of a club our size to keep hold of a talent as prodigious as Richie Myler, maybe we should start to look at offering the big contract to Luke Adamson. For my money he is quite comfortably our best player this season so far & while the hype & the big clubs continue to be attracted to the little genius at number 7, would it not be a pertinent time to ask Adamson to name his price to stay with us?

spot on yorkie red, Myler gets all the plaudits and on many occasions rightly so but for me Adamson is by far one of the best young talents in the game and someone we should be breaking the bank to keep hold of.

i think Simms said after the game that Adamson made 51 tackles tonight!!! immense effort!

mylers defence still is far from convincing,and like mentioned above!a ceratin young mr Adamson is having the season of his life and not getting the aplause he desreves!!

(im ave its mum) but adamson is the player teams should be looking to sign! fantastic! myler and crew the 2 try saving tackle before half time wonderful and i think it was rob parker!

after last weeks hooter fiasco at wigan they played 2 tackles after the hooter was blown last night anyone hear it i for one didnt richie myler was screaming at bentham to tell him the game was over

Some rumours suggest that they are doing, Warrington being one of them unsurprisingly...he is very highly regarded within the game which is only right as he does have the potential to be anything he wants to be in the game...get him signed up and maybe we can use that as an incentive to get the other youngsters signed up too.

In a weird way I think last night showed how good Myler actually is and could be...he was very poor for me for the first 50 minutes but he was still there to back up the Goulding (I think) break and he set up 2 of our 3 tries to prove, even when he doesn't play well in general, that he's still a massive threat to the opposition.

FWIW I think Smith will get back in the team for next week as we lacked a certain amount of composure for a lot of the game last night and we can't play like that next week or we'll be out of the cup in the first 20 minutes.
