I think you will find that people at the club believe he has no interest. The players also have a lack of faith. Ultimately, the coach needs to pick the team, train / coach, and motivate the players. He certainly isn't coaching and training them anywhere near how he should be, he's not picking the best team, and he certainly isn't motivating. I ask again for somebody to get an honest opinion from a player. It's not happening for them. Simple fact is that if the coach isn't effective then he shouldn't be there. Im no massive fan of Mcrae but I think he should be given the chance ofat least another year! After all the wins against Saints, Hull, Hudds, Wire, Leeds etc and a few close games as well is tons more than what was expected
Will agree with you on the points raised after talking to certain people at the club over the last few days , a few players are leaving at the end of the season nothing to do with the club, just we cant match the money
being offered by others clubs, and the others the club dont feel that they can take us to the next level whitch is another topic.

but, a fair point. our 'fans' come on here and slag everything the club does off. some reality please! we're a small club, we punch above our weight, and we're (kinda) where Cas where this time last year in terms of onfield ability...

spoken to five players so far, would like to know who you have spoken too and hear what thay realy had to say, because someone is being lied too or making it up.

Having spoken to Barker in the past I have absolutely no desire to talk to him again because he has proved to be obnoxious, self-obsessed and can't complete a sentence without expletives (which, in my experience, is generally an indication of a low intelligence) - perhaps explains why you're 'bezzie mates' .
