That's just people I know though, obviously this will change per person but I don't expect a sudden massive following if we make it to either.
I know a lot of Salfordians that would jump on the bandwagon if we went to Wembley and Old Trafford. Salford people that may have been to a few games in their lifetimes would definitely go to support their city. I think it's also important to win at Wembley or Old Trafford too. Huddersfield may have been to a few Challenge Cup finals but they aren't exactly drawing the the crowds at the moment.
You'd think there would be some development on one of these fronts by now if this were to happen, it's obviously something that's been known about since he took over. It's a really troubling statement if true IMO.
I've been informed that when MK took over he didn't have to pay any rent on the stadium for 2 years but he's failed to mention that. I have no idea how he lost £4/5m in the first 1/2 seasons. Unless we have spent a fortune on paying people off, new facilities etc. Maybe he's trying to act desperate to attract more fans to the games.
If you're reading this Vickers or Koukash acting desperate is the worst selling tool of them all.
Don't be slagging off fans to come to the games.
Waiting in the car park after the game for 40mins with on 3600 at the game v Hull is a joke and will put people off coming to matches. Imagine if we got 10,000 it would be an absolute nightmare.
Believe in the team and the fans will come they are there but we just need to win more regularly. Remember the last game at the Willows v Catalan?
