If you fail to renew your membership for a whole year, do you then need to rejoin as a full member costing £10?

the board and has a member I would say IMO that a full membership is due, or to be,diplomatic, £5 for the year you have missed and £5 for the following year.
At Lancashire if you do not renew your membership in any year you have to reapply to be a member the following year and pay full.
