Thanks, another observation tomorrow after todays battle with a poisoned bigotted individual, who was supposed to be an expert and missed the basics in the student profile document. how much a day are they on?

Back in the days I was at the chalkface, we were Ofstedded by a team of whom the person who had the most recent classroom experience stopped teaching 10 years before. Only two had actually experienced the National Curriculum and then only just! The Health and Safety man came to see me (I was H&S Rep) and was not aware of the European "Six-Pack".

this character has not actually "taught" on the chalkface for about 15 years but has been teaching at teacher training college and an "expert" in basic skills education "theory", she was not even aware that the programme I teach on is roll on roll off. But today she looked at the same class profiles i gave her yesterday and swore black was white they were different and todays had more information, well thats it for .........back to the penicillin to cure my infection.
