I wonder if the forgotten man Jerermy Smith will get a chance this Sunday against the Tigers or will he be playing for the Under 20s again ?

I would give Jezza a run this week & rest one of the players who had to make the horrendous journey to Catalans

Billed as the hottest new girl band of 2010, P5 are set to rock The Jungle on Sunday (25th April) before Castleford Tigers take on Salford City Reds, 3:30pm kick off.
Fresh from recent appearances alongside established stars such as Little Boots, Beverley Knight and Alphabeat; the exciting new band will headline the Tigers famous pre match entertainment show before the important Engage Super League clash.

Romi, Coral, Shopie, Lauren and Erin are tipped to become stars in the band and will perform an exciting set including their debut single, Crawling on Back to You, which is set to be unleashed on the charts very soon. The track has been produced by Frederil Jernberg, most recognised as the man behind 90's cult phenomenon, Back Street Boys.

Tigers Entertainments and Events Manager, Darren Payne is delighted to include P5 in Sunday's packed pre-match show:

"It is a real privilege for the club that P5 will be performing live at The Jungle on Sunday."

"The word around many notable contacts in the music industry is that P5 will be the next girl band to make it big in this country."

"They have already been signed up to appear on BBC1's The One Show next month and have just signed a management contract with Marshall Arts, who also handle Cher, Elton John, Paul McCartney and George Michael"

"We are very excited to welcome the girls to The Jungle and we encourage all supporters to get to the stadium early to soak up the exciting build-up."

We should be careful of a wounded tiger.

Yeah its going to to be tough game, if the players perform at a superleague level, complete our sets, be patient and take the chances that arrive then the players wont have anything to worry about

Massive game this one, Cas are struggling for wins at the moment and have a few players out so we need to take advantage of this a grab a vital win if we are going to win the battle of the so called "bottom sides". It will be difficult though with the players probably only having two training sessions this week with the farce of the cup game and all that. IMO although Cas are poor at the moment I think they will have too much for us and we will feel the backlash from their defeat to barrow. I hope I'm wrong, but with all the travelling recently I just don't think the players will be up for it. I know I'm sounding really negative after our recent form, but I've just got a feeling we will slip up here and be well beaten. I'm going 32-12 Cas

Good john wilky last looked out
on the pitch at salford.
when the snow lay round about
deep and crisp and even
brightly played the lads that night
though the frost was cruelllll
when poor swinton scored a try
we had 94urrrrrrrrrr
