Before we go blaming the club for any potential delay we need to look at the manufacturer. Kooga are useless!!!
My wife is a Wigan fan

and this time last year I was waiting for the special charity shirt that wigan were wearing in the boxing day friendly to arrive as one of her christmas presents. The Wigan club were tearing their hair out with Kooga over broken promises and deadlines. In the end kooga had to pay for couriers to get the shirt out on time and my wife's arrived on christmas eve at the holiday cottage in Windermere where we spent a big family Christmas.
The poor girls in the Wigan shop were frantic each time I rang up to find out what was happening. It was them that were dealing with all the stick and not the people who'd caused the problem!
All I'm saying is we need to find out for sure before we go lambasting the club. If Wigan's retail dept have difficulties (considering how much bigger it is than ours) then maybe it's not the clubs fault?
