I would prefer Ratchford to concentrate on his own game rather than kicking as well. Plus say god forbid he gets injured, what then ?

He does seem to be a solid performer at the clubs he has played, can kick goals and has a useful pair of hands sometimes, depends on his attitude reaily

I think his main problem may be a lack of consistency. It has seemed to me that he only plays when he wants to.

He can be very effective - but would he be leaving Hull if he had been doing the business?

Erm sorry to interrupt but have you all taken leave of your senses, we can't afford to keep John Wilshere, Craig Stapleton (and nearly Leuluai) etc but we can afford the kind of wages Danny Tickle will be looking for, really? Nice thought but I doubt it.

Not to mention him not being a free agent.

I spoke to Jonny Wilshere last night and he said it wasn't about the money, it was about other things..., i think we'll really miss his class next season.

He's unlikely to tell you its about money and then cop for a load of abuse about being disloyal and only thinking about himself etc etc....
