If we dont see an improvement next season to this then its time to start asking the serious questions. As long as we don't finish below Celtic we haven't taken a backwards step. The team is built to develop over the three years... not three games!

fair enought but if they cant work as team now what means there gonna be able to do it in 3 years yea they will gel but they need to learn to do it now as we need to make an impression now as all the papers down graded us

:D

i wont because there is'nt anything wrong, other than most of the squad have been suffering a virus.lets just give them time to sort themselved out gel as a new team and get behind them not like the scenes at castleford..

It could be that the players are simply not good enough.

Given they are full-time professionals they should be above any off-field dispute when it comes to the on-field side of their job
Teddy Sheringham & Andrew Cole were said to not talk off the field but it hardly showed as part of United's forward partnerships circa 1999

"I didn't see Risman, Todd or Watkins in red vests.
I saw a bit of Steve Gibson and Blakely at his best.
Now I'm watching Alker lead us on against the rest,
As the Reds go marching on ...... "

I can't believe for one minute that people believe there aren't any issues around the dressing room with regards to what happened in Florida. I don't buy all this talk about everyone being water tight and as close as ever in the dressing room.... it doesn't work like that when you have a fallout with somebody... never mind the kind of fallouts that happened in Florida with a bunch of tough RL players. The club and players have papered over a lot of cracks over the past few weeks with talk about how it's all forgotten.... I for one am not buying it. There are small cliques forming in the dressing room.... and not the togetherness they are having us believe.

This isn't the only reason we look so poor.... tactically.... we look inept... so we can't solely blame Florida. Point is.... the backside fell out of this season before it even started, and it will probably be next season before we see any kind of improvement due to players being on contracts and having to stay put. I wouldn't be surprised to see one hell of a clearout at the end of the season.
