I agree with TC, what we lack is quick quality ball around the ruck, it needs to be quicker and zippier than we have grown accustom to it gives the likes of Rachford and Smith that extra few seconds to make the right deciton.
It has been a fantastic effort by Alker,Swain and Adamson in defence this season and i think their efforts in the pack is one of the main reason we have competed so well in so many games.
But time,teams and players move on, id hope Alker is moved to a interchange second row so our intensity levels in defence dont drop when the subs are made (which is what usualy happens causing us to leak a try or so) ALKER in the 2nd row and would also add another pivot in the attacking line which helps in situations, leaving smith and Another hooker to rotate hooking duties.
Alker could also go back to hooker if injuries strike.
