I know we all love to hate them! but I do feel for them today( or is it just me?)

Gutted for them.

Not good for the game outside SL either.

In my opinion Leigh Centurions have been well and truly S@IT ON by the RFL..

That French team should have not even been in that league in the first place.

But knowing Leigh under Mr Millward and with of course having Robbie Paul at the club I'm sure they will bounce back at the first time of asking.

At least it can only get better for them!

The way the rfl are letting these so called new teams into the leagues ie catalans, toulouse and celtics it wont be long before we lose more estalised teams from the top flight of rugby league. what other sport allows teams to be fast tracked at the expence of long establised teams. what next a team from mars!

Be no atmosphere in the stadium

Why James they knew the rules at the start of the season like everyone else ?

It was the last day of the season and two other clubs were in the running.

This has happened to us in the past..

Like I have already said the French club should have been placed in the lower division just like Celtic Crusaers were and this situation would and never should have happened.

OK if your bottom or in the bottom two in this case then I agree your should be relegated but when you look at the final league table no way should this unwanted French team by many clubs be allowed to stay up in front of Leigh Centurions.


I would also be of the same opinion if Batley or Gateshead had been relegated today
