How could McRae sit in the same studio as Offiah like he did last night, and how can Offiah be a pundit he stills knows F all about the game or who is who or where. Are they trying to make the Scouser sound like he knows what he is taking about?

It struck me as ridiculous. It seems to be such common knowledge that Myler is off to Warrington; he was with them at Wembley etc. etc.

I suppose we have to persist with the official line that he is still a Salford player - but I don't understand why. No doubt Richard Myler will be wanting first team football if he is to be picked for the England team. Will he get it with us? Is there an agreement that he is with us until the end of the season? Has there been an official bid from Warrington? Why does Shaun McRae claim to know nothing about what is going on?

It's beginning to make everyone look silly - and it seems from what one reads that it's not doing much for team morale.

Perhaps nothing has been agreed yet regarding the fee. Salford could be stalling to see if any other club wiil come in for him,and if that is the case,I don't blame them. We need to sell him to the highest bidder.

The impression i got was that an offer has been made to Salford but nothing can happen without Wilkinsons signature. The player has agreed terms with Warrington, Offiah has agreed his commision, but nothing goes ahead without Salford agreeing it as he is under contract.

I cannot for the life of me understand why Offiah on the television when he cannot present, speaks gibberish and loses himself in the middle of a sentence. It appears that everybody else in the studio knows this.

I think the reason the subject was brought up was to make Offiah squirm and reveal stuff which he wouldn't have done if not under pressure, which he did.

I thought McRae played it with a straight bat, was honest if non-commital, and gave a professional, dignified answer.

Offiah babbled like a school buy who'd just been caught having a fag behind the bike sheds.

Fair play to Hemmings for asking the question though - I bet both SMc and Offiah gave him some grief off camera, after the show, about putting them on the spot like that.

If it wasn't one of our players that was being discussed I would've been laughing my head off!

I honestly don't know why Sky have,or need,Offiah on their broadcasts - he is a crap pundit,stumbles his words and doesn't seem to have any knowledge of the game plus he is an annoying condescending cretin !!

Not seen it yet but sounds really unprofessional by Eddie & Sky team that does!

What is unprofessional about trying to stir up a controversy? It's part of their job.
