The bloke from the times has picked his England team:

Obvious choice at 7 :lol:

I don't think that's a bad team tbh.

What would yours be?

I expect Mr Smith to include Luke Adamson, Jordan Turner and Richard Myler for this game against France.

Tony Smith is in my opinion is a very good coach and he has always said he is prepaired to give young players a chance.

OVER TO YOU MR SMITH.

I'd agree with you with jordan at the moment but has the potential to be one

If he gives one/two/three of our lads a chnce, then the inducement to go to a bigger club to ensure International honours (a la Coley) is reduced and we can develop talent for the long-term.

Sad preacher nailed upon the coloured door of time;
Insane teacher be there reminded of the rhyme.
There'll be no mutant enemy we shall certify;
Political ends, as sad remains, will die.

O'Loughlin captain :shock:
Youth should be given a chance in this game and get rid of the old guard

But what will happen is that those players get tapped up whilst away with the squad - isn't that exactly what Noble did with Coley - put him in the train-on squad and effectively said play out the season, don't get injured and you're at Wigan next year?

Completely unethical, but I suspect nothing can be done about it, as one of the minnows in RL I guess we just have to put up with it - you can't deny talented players the chance to play internationals and further theor careers
