Salford made 24 visits (23 in the League and 1 in the Regal Trophy) to Headingley to play Leeds between the victory on February 5th 1977 and the one on the 13th April 2009, conceding 870 points and scoring 344. We've actually now made 26 visits to Knowsley Road without a win against St Helens.

We hadn't beaten Hull FC away in the Challenge Cup for 105 years until the victory on the 5th April. All 4 trips during that period ending in defeat in 1908, 1914, 1966 and 1982.

We have never won at Batley in the cup albeit only making one visit there in 1920, which ended in a 19-0 defeat in the 1st Round. Overall we have played Batley 7 times in the cup, winning 4 and losing 3. We played them in the first round in 1969 when we got to Wembley beating them 17-2 at The Willows and the last Challenge Cup meeting with them was in 1991 when we beat them 36-14 at The Willows, once again in the 1st Round.
