Dire have a problem at a higher level, they need to fix that first otherwise a new coach will encounter similar problems of club structures and character.
Wigan aren't and will not be a Championship club anytime soon and would break the rules if it looked like they were under threat (like the last time).
As for Powell and Warrington, there seems to be a club issue just as much as a coaching issue.
They're a big club with loadsamoney but, they never quite seem to get there, maybe too much inteference from above ?
Losing to Trinity has been the last straw for plenty of coaches through the years. Mind you, they were full value for their win yesterday.
Warrington had comfortably the better squad on paper but, the game isn't played on paper and Wire got their backsides kicked..
Powell could well end up back at Cas, it should be interesting.
