I wasn't really shocked that Wakefield beat us yesterday.... our pack was missing a lot of players, as was our bench. Yes Wakefield probably did raise their game for the new coach, but it wasn't the only factor.

You are missing my point completely, the game was almost identical to the game the week prior in terms of how we played, if there was an extra 5 minutes wire would of beaten us as Hudds did the week previous so how can you say the player now just decided to switch it on and play? They played the same. Any Wakefield fan will tell you regardless of results the effort has been there 100%, the players have run there blood to water, it just hasn`t happened for us.

I`ve no doubt this happens but In this case, this is just not the case, you`re just looking at the score line and coming to your own conclusion, the reality is we played a similar game to what we have all season, same issues, same positives, same negatives, same effort.

So, you give the new coach zero credit for how he set the side up, his selections, his MOTIVATION etc, etc.
As for beating Warrington easy, you clearly didn't notice their comeback from 22 - 0 down to 22 - 18.

Whatever the ins and outs between players and coach, something wasn't working and needed to change and as with all sports, it's easier to change the coach than it is to change half of the squad.
