You can't blame everything on the Aussies slowing down the game. How come Wilkin and Ellis have been left to kick on the 5th for a starters? Is Rangi Chase out there? What were our left side backs doing when Hall was trying to bring them into the game? Why are we standing, waiting to tackle rather than getting in their faces? And why are we tackling high against huge brutes of men? They are slowing down the tackle because of their techniques, we on the other hand aren't and yes, it has got Aussie slow it down written all over it but when they have the ball in hand they look like they could score or toy with us on every attack, we don't.

You make your own luck. Australia could be rueing all those missed chances come a quarter to eight.

Haven't seen the half time analysis but surely Tomkins was tackled without the ball as he tried to get back to the ball. You can tackle a player not in possession if he's juggling the ball but surely not if it has bounced yards away.

Exactly. If England played like Aus did, we'd have "Oh we're rubbish, we've not taken our chances we've got no chance". COME ON ENGLAND!
