Absolutely not. There's a tendancy over here to play players that have had a few good games, mainly because Eddie and Stevo rave about them and make us look stupid when we play the Aussies.
Moore is having a great season, but Roby has had 3/4 very good seasons, theres no need to rush these players through.

It won't suit either player if Roby starts, particularly Moore. The coach has picked him based on his form when starting games so he should definitely start.
As a Giants fan i would start Moore - as Nathan Brown does - as he is very effective around the play the ball early on. Roby seems to be more of an impact player coming off the bench to do his damage when i have seen Saints play.
