there have been about 280 video refs decisions so far this year. about 10 have been very suss and might be proven to be wrong . NHL in northern america got sick of it and has gone to the big brother system . to get away from the on site pressure the video refs are under

that depends whether you class a mistake as a giving a wrong decision or not making a decision when its required. if you count the latter it'll probably be a lot closer than you think
