Do you think the Challenge Cup is the best thing to promote Rugby League in the absence of international credability.

In the last couple of rounds there has been plenty of public and media interest but now its on the "back burner" and is now forgotten for 2 months.

Do you think the semis should be played in early July with the final brought forward to early August giving us some longer rugby time before the league play offs.

Would it be of benefit of RFL to sell the games to ITV, could they profile the game better, or have the RFL got the "blinkers on"

Have ITV ever shown the slightest interest in bidding for the rights to show it?

channel 4 would do a better job than ITV.
They reinvented the Cricket and brought in some great technology.

Challenge cup should be marketed like the the Magic weekend.

It's been fun.

Not the slightest and they're so pro-union it's scary.

They've shown no interest in it either.

It's no good saying the RFL should use ITV/C4, Channel 5 or whatever, the fact is they aren't interested.

Don't play the Cup on the August Bank Holiday Weekend for a start.
Play it one week before or one week after the Grand Final.

And can the Magic Weekend for an International Nines Tournament, certainly could solve the empty stadium problem.

And why on earth would we want to move onto Channel 4 from the BBC, where viewing figures are generally much higher.

Some people on here have very strange ideas when it comes to TV rights.

There was a clamour not long back for Superleague to sack off SKY for Setanta, who have a far smaller share of the market, wouldn't have been able to match anything like what SKY could offer, and are now on the verge of going bust.

I think some people imagine if it was on a different channel RL would suddenly take over the world.
