Listening to his comments he is such a refreshing change with his honesty.

Loved his comments about,

' i have learnt over here that when you lose a game you blame the ref. But today i thought the ref had a fair game we were just outplayed'.

After every game this season that we have lost he has always praised the opposition and then given a very honest assessment of where we were poor.

I enjoy listening to him, win, lose or draw he is honest.

Are you accusing other coaches of lying?

i think what DG meant is, that rather than try and blame anyone but themselves and their players, a lot of coaches usually blame the officials or some other poor excuses.

Honesty is not allowed in sport when talking to the media or on internet MB's

Nobody wins all the time , everybody has a bad day at the office occaisionally , unfortunatley the players and coaches of our teams do it in full view of the people paying them

That's just the way it is , good on the Giants coach for not playing the blame game , it should help him turn it round again

Luck is a combination of preparation and opportunity

Just to avoid confusion Starbug is the username of Steven Pike

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done
But he with a chuckle replied
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

Justin Morgan's favourite is blaming the penalty count, even when HKR receive more penalties.

Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

 I did

I also find his honesty refreshing and he got it spot on with his comments regarding blaming the ref which is what most coaches and fans for that matter do

As pointed out by Tony Smith on Friday on Sky yes some decisions are controversial however it is part of the game and I thought that was right.
