It is good to see it working though, and hopefully the same would be/has been done to Super League clubs to ensure everyone is staying within the allowed boundaries.

oh yes, but he's abbreviated it to "CC" so anyone that hasn't experienced it before seems to think its the challenge cup thats holding wigan back. Oddly.

A particulary liked the bit where he was claiming without the salary cap, no one would would be able to match Wigan. Until it was pointed out that Hull KR's owner was richer than IL. He soon shut up
