Thanks to all for the compliments. Enjoyed the visit and the hospitality. Hopefully will be helping the Olympique when they come over here to play and watching their games. And hopefully will be bringing you some reports and exclusives. One thing Toulouse seem to have is the will and drive, and it has been reported that Catalans fringe players may be even loaned to Toulouse, which is a good thing and a good sign. Both teams want a partnership to push the profile of the worlds greatest game, to give the world's greatest (and daftest) supporters!!! No insult intended by the way.

I think that from talking to them all down there, they don't want any favours, just to be accepted, good or bad, but to be allowed to compete. Any competition can only benefit us up here in the Northern Hemisphere, inprove the game, and so lay the ghost of comments that Grant Meyer said, that we are an inferior competition up here, be it Super League or the Championship.

One thing I can tell you, is that any supporter who goes and makes the trip down will be welcomed with open arms, and treated well. They want to see you down there.

82-4 win in the friendly against a Tarn selection comprising players from Albi, Lescure & Realmont (ie three elite 2 clubs).

Seems like a good warm up game with the Eagles and then Widnes Vikings on t'telly a week on Thursday? The lads are raring to go, but I worry a little about the fact that they haven't had many friendlies. Should be a good game with a good crowd as there is only a £1 charge to a rugby league development charity in Sheffield?
