Big crowds today, just under 21k at Hull despite us being garbage (much bigger Rovers turnout than recent years)
And then 24k at Wigan which is their best crowd since the former SL record crowd in 2005.
Something has definitely happened to push crowd levels up, and it's a welcome surprise with the cost of living crisis, I think it's the free TV coverage boosting the game

Maybe the initial bubble of interest has started to burst.
The good crowds over Easter have been because of good away following.
Salford have about 2000 fans in total so were never going to take many to Leigh. You can’t blame Leigh for that

Edited for my sanity your not worth it
The fans, the members, the people there.. from the day I stepped foot onto that field at the AJ Bell Stadium,I knew I would love that club for the rest of my life. "Jackson Hastings"..

24k at the DW. 5k Saints (great following I agree) Leaves 19k Wigan, which is 7k upwards of of our calculated average attendance at the moment.
The club needs to entice as many of those 7k floaters as they can. Start with actively marketing the Wire, Leigh and Leeds home games for starters. If we can increase our average by a couple of thousand this season then we are on the right track (especially with higher cost of living at the moment).

One round at easter is definately a good move also, seen many poor Easter Monday games over the years due to player fatigue, and if your side has had a bad result on the Friday (like mine!) you'd struggle to get the fans through the turnstyles again for a 2nd helping.
Some strange scheduling this year though, Hull are off to Headingley for a 2nd time in just a few weeks even though we are yet to play a few other teams yet.
Saints need to look at the unsavoury element within their fanbase at games that they are experiencing at the moment according to Redvee forum. A few unhappy folk on there.
