[quote="t-r-i-n-i-t-y"]I can never understand why taking millions of people away is so important to some.....I'd rather my club win trophies than win an online contest over how high they can wee against a wall.[/quote
I'm sure it's important to the opposition teams coffers. An extra 500 away fans could mean an extra 10k in the pot.

Who said they had anything against it?
Merely that success will bring more money. Is it that success has been lacking from KR for a while so you have to hold on to something?

A good away following is very important to all sports , it helps to create atmosphere at stadiums
One of the main problems with RL below SL is the lack of away support and the lack of atmosphere therin
The Fans of HKR that spend thier hard earned following thier club home and away should be congratulated
All 500,000 of them

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

If only "£$$£"$$%%^ club had such an increase then we would all be happy.
Ok the games is now more about eyes on the box but if we can have both then so much the better.
The viewing figures in east hull top the ratings even more than Corrie
Sorry
I am not cynical in the least , I think Rovers have done absolutely bloody brilliant , more power to thier elbow
All 1,0 , no I'll leave it there

This silly stuff about Hull KR taking the most fans everywhere has to stop, ok their fans are really good and make lots of noise but they do not take the most everywhere.
We take the most to Catalans, Harlequins, Wire and Saints.
In previous season we have taken more than 5000 to both Leeds and Bradford.
Leeds support around Yorkshire is pretty good as well.
They need to get their home support sorted first before they can even begin to start thinking about trying to gloat about having the best away support, they are not even over 10,000 average, and yeh they might blame it on away support, but we dont get any either appart from wire and saints and maybe if they got some good facilities, more people would go.
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. Wigan fans are so much more loyal and passionate - the flying biscuit..Wires havent been massively succesful over the years, but I've spoke to Brian Bevan And he spoke to me and i wouldnt swap that for Wigans History, ever - Ande..on the TV i could only hear the Wigan fans with about 10 to go - Saint94..Every team is in your feckin shadow, we all know - FIOS
