who stole what or did what within the last 200 years is rather irrelevant since the game is only 114 years old! (at last count)

besides the irony is that the british government was very generous to its deported subjects we sent you out there with 40 pounds to start your new life. 20 attached to each leg.

stop the crap start emailng a substandard fleecing tv channel

yeah i had a few other historical stuff but it will just get binned this thread.

I wouldn't touch setanta. Remember not too long ago when they promised to make Sky pay top dollar for rugby league? Well they didn't try very hard and we got ripped off by Sky yet again.

ofcourse let us not forget that shatanta were on watchdog not so long ago for having poor to no reception for sky subscribers due apparently to the fact that they are using a different satelite to sky's astra so its hard to pick it up.

why don't people just moan to watchdog again about being fleeced, any company promoted by des lynham selling burgers has to be avoided really.

But that isn't Setanta's fault nor responsibility - if your dish is mis-aligned, it's your fault!

er the dish isn't misalligned sky dishes are all aligned to the ASTRA satellite 28.2 degrees east. setanta is broadcast via a different satellite that they don't tell you about called eurobird1 28.5 degrees east

they were on watchdog due to poor reception when this came out. effectivly to recieve setanta with good signal on sky you need two dishes pointing in differnt directions.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/watchdog/200 ... viewi.html
subheading disapointed with customer service paragraph 3.

why is this relevant to not recieving a NRL game. well its another example of setanta promising a service they have no intention delivering. and as with the case mentioned above shocking customer service.

it took a professor of satellite technology to tell customers they are getting bad signal for misalignment. this is not the customers fault its setantas for not informing the customers that alignment to ASTRA will affect reception
