I emailed them to complain about the lack of NRL coverage and they replied with an apology that they had no control over NFL rights. I would cancel, but it seems very difficult.

The only way to stop subscribing to Setanta is to cancel your direct debit - they will never answer the phone on their cancel line.
I cancelled my DD after several aborted attempts at cacelling via the phone. Two days later I got a call from Setanta asking why - in the end I got my subscription for £6.95 a month - which is about fair for what I watch on their channels
