but then again im guessing you didnt even read the australia RL media much.

I've read the actual quote from Sheens, which now appears to have morphed into all manner of different interpretations (none of which are particularly close to the original) depending on which pig thick ocker is misusing it to support whatever pig thick argument they are attempting to scrawl out.

Btw I have in the past purchased Australian RL "magagines", which is why I'm not at all surprised that Sheens quote has taken on a life of its own.

I'm not defending Englands dismal international performances - do try to understand. I'm questioning the right of someone to get all high and mighty about the wonders of Australin RL when they have failed miserably to beat the Kiwis in the last WC and the last UK Tri-Nations...do you see where we are going with this. NZ is a country with ONE yes ONE Pro RL team!

just for reference i was at a game yesterday that had just under 25,000 people to it for a club game

if thats your little club, it takes half a season to get to that same aggregate

I have had the pleasure of watching GE since he was 18.

I frakly don't care if he has the basic skills of tackling because the skills he does use (basic or otherwise) are mighty effective when it comes to tackling.

Now unless players in the NRL have a method of overcomming GE's defensive skills I reccon GE will go pretty well and will leave the NRL with the respect of all fair minded Aussie fans.

A very good pro with a high level of competence and skill in both offense and defense.
