krexpat wrote:IMHO yes they will have done - of course they will - the sheer pace of the game deems that there will always be forward passes coupled with player error wrong place - wrong time - but as I have already said in this thread and others on the forum - Huddersfield deserved the win - I am not trying to take that away from you in any way, shape or form - I am justifying the comments made by our coach - on the grounds that this is a professional referee - being paid professional fees along with his linesmen to at least give a semblance of his professionalism - or maybe the Easter programme is also too much for the referees  Hope you're not too dizzy up there

Fair play, the point i was getting at is that JM doesnt need to teach your team forward passes this week then, at least thats one less job for him, time to tweek your defensive patterns up with the time saved

I didn't need to be. All I need to be able to do is to remember his comments after Ganson handed the MM derby to you on a plate last season. :)

Morgan is the biggest hypocrite in SL.

Bless.

In all honesty - I believe that Justin will probably regret his rant .... I know I can remember a few choice words I have come out with in the course of work - he did not reprise those comments in the Harry Poole Bar after the match and so definitely had cooled off somewhat ...... we move on ..... hope you continue your show of form ....hope we don' meet you in the Challenge Cup and will look forward to visiting you .... and on that note I am retiring for my beauty sleep .....

Can I assume you were a player/coach at one time

Of course the rules count but not half as much as the way the referees interpret them.

People can pick over every word of a law to their hearts content but much simpler to concentrate on the way referees are programmed to apply them.

If Morgan is referring to Thaler's lax handling of the play the ball, he has a point.

Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

why cant they just accept the Giant are a pretty good side and were better on the day !!!

i'm dissapointed in Morgan - i didnt think he was one of the 'moaners' obviously i was wrong

Its not about his 'moaning' as you put it, but the paying public getting a decent service from referees, I can live with a defeat, in fact if we had any other ref today we would have lost, but this bloke Thaler is far to consistantly rubbish, today was a classic case of how not to referee when teaching new officials.

AJ wrote - Sean Long once again tore us to pieces. Its all well and good us singing Sean Long is a W@nker, but he was laughing back along by conducting the chant whilst ripping us to bits.

Robinson wrote - Saints - it depends on whether the side can get over their mental block. We're more than capable of beating 'Dads Army', but it appears that Wigan still shiit themselves at the mere sight of a red V.
