How anyone could read my post without thinking “ this is a joke right’ i don’t know. Some people need to lighten up,
Maybe this is why nobody hardly posts on VT anymore.
In that case then, it’s a very weird post and does not read as a joke at all.

I think you need to stop back tracking by replying to every post you are digging a hole for yourself. Zero posters has seen this by content as some form of joke, maybe you should read your text content before you post.
The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you. Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.

Hope RFl act fast and reprimand this clown.
Bless you little angel, nanny let go of your reins?

Personally, it was nothing to do with the language, but everything to do with the image he portrayed that appalled me. He enforced every stereotype people have of Rugby League spectators with his Bett Lynch attire and his boy racer leopard print car. I was totally cringing watching this. Even my mum who is 77 texted me to say 'Have you seen the interview with the chavvy owner of Leigh?'. I guess in a way he is the living embodiment of what his club represents, the opposite of expansion a new audience, and a reinforcement of Rugby League staying exactly where it is, both in terms of Geography and Philosophy. I guess i don't fit the stereotype and still hope with not much expectation that the game can expand beyond it;s geographical limitations and demographic. Derek Beaumont and a second successful club in Wigan is a step in the entirely wrong direction for me!
