Indeed, it is clear which clubs recognise this and which don't. Luckily some clubs have 'new brooms'.

I think we should have promotion and relegation decided on the field of play

Personnaly I couldn't give a stuff about stadia,attendances or any other criteria , as long as everybody is playing to the same set of rules then I am happy

It is after all a sport , or at least that's where you will find it in the media

It is clear also which clubs have ' Morons ' as fans as well

I like your idea that on the field of play is always equal. Whilst a brave and noble objective off field activities determine what happens on the field does it not? Perhaps this lack of understanding was another reason for your 'resignation'.

I see you raise your paranoid assumption about the RFL not using equal criteria again. A favoured soapbox if I recall.

I think the jury's out on this one. Only after a few rounds of franchise applications can we truly assess whether the RFL are using the criteria fairly or whether it's a means of selecting whoever they want to kick out or bring in. I know people harp on about it not mattering about good attendances but i think a full house always shows the game in a good light so on that basis (as well as on the field strength) that would be my main "get into Super League card". I know - it's not very practical, especially for getting a young club such as Celtic into SL but there you go - just my opinion.
