Paul Clough adds King to his "Bitch List".
There's a few players that now have King on similar lists. How bad is his tackling technique?
Money well spent I'm sure everyone agrees. Then again if Cullen was coaching Lockyer, Thurston and Cameron Smith in the Dire side he'd make them look naughty person.

Stop dropping the ball - score a few more tries and generally show why everyone waited with anticipation at his arrival. You've got to admit - he hasn't lived up to the hype.
The saving grace is that the season is early and, whilst another poster has sarcastically commented on the impending dry ground season, he'll probably start to shine from June and then through to September.

King did okay tonight. Our defensive structure meant that he had to try and stop players one on one on the try line. That doesn't happen much, so he didn't have much chance. With the ball he put Penny over the line 4 times, that's good enough for me in one game!

In attack he was good, worried flanners a few times and put Penny in. In defence though he was poor and was out of position for at least two of thier tries.
Great game of rugby league. Fantastic atmosphere, Wigan were breathtaking and dominant in all areas for the first 25 minutes, coupled with us making alot of dumb mistakes, then fortunately they brought McIlorum on which helped us back into the game. I thought some of the tries we scored to get us within two we're out of this world stuff. Towards the end we had to force it a little and we had a few things go wrong, i.e Monas kick on the first for King and Solomona going off who was causing havoc. Wigan were clinical in their eventual execution of us. Proud of Wire today and gave us a little glimpse to the future. Silverwood was awful as per, but I expect no less. Tomkins is a world class player and by far the best english player in SL. Wigan are a champion side and would be a worthy winner of taking our title as challenge cup. Good luck over the next month and a bit.
