Its all you, dm and the room isn't it. Is that all you can write about? When you mature you will understand that 2 people can enter a room without there being sexual activity. One day you will be abe to think about getting a room without immediately thinking about bonking with dm. It may take you a few years...but with time it should happen.

Johns might take legal action!
He can only really take legal action against his employers, as they are the one's that took a business decision to stand him down.
The woman from Christchurch hasn't said anything that can end up in court. She's just said how she feels all these years later. Johns has admitted being involved in the team group sex, there's been a public backlash over that, and that's why he's been stood down.
In this day and age every man should have legal document before having sex with a women,do you agree to have sex "yes" or "no" if yes sign here on the black dotted line .So we can proceed.
SHE consented, SHE begged them to have sex with her,SHE could have said no at any point, SHE was the one bragging about having sex with other footy players in the toilets the day before, SHE was the one who knew not to go into customers rooms but did anyway, SHE was the one who bragged about having group sex with the players for 5 days afterwards, SHE was the one who didnt tell her parents about it and SHE is the one who's not welcome back to the hotel. Yet Matty is the one to blame? how does that work? This happened SEVEN years ago, and Matty co-operated with the police and was cleared immediatley of any wrong doing. He never lied, and the police have said he's clear. Matt should not get all the blame for this though, the other players need to stand up and accept that they were involved too. But Matty should not be the one seen as the perpetrator.

She is free to do what she did. And free to tell who she pleases. So is Johns. no blame either way.
While the actual behaviour of Johns is acceptable to some types of people it is unacceptable to others, including those running major corporations.
For those of us who think Johns was beyond the pale the rubbishing of the woman does not change it, the timescale does not change it and the silence of the others does not change it.
Johns cannot have it all ways. Tough. I feel sorry for his wife and kids...but not for Johns.
This incident occured 7 years ago, it was investigated and he has done nothing wrong. Really everyone should stop dwelling about the past and move on. Leave him alone and focus on your own life.
