Think you missed that one Mark
Union is played by people who close airports after a bit of snow, League is played by people who would go and have a snowball fight with a 747

Inter Milan and AC Milan fans go around stabbing each other in the buttocks but they still manage to share a ground Cas and Wakey are both strong herritage clubs and SL needs them, so share the friggin same ground and stop letting local bitching get in the way of common sense FFS, I don't care if we are called SaracensLondonIrishwasps rl....I just want my team in SL and will therefore accept certain "unpleasant" connections to see that.

What will seem unpalatable to some is the view that a shared stadium would be the thin end of the wedge - a next step to merger. An incorrect assumption probably.

Of course it wouldn't be the start of a merger. Anyone who uses that as an argument against stadium sharing is a pillock...simple as.
In the current economic climate, I would think there is more chance of one of the two going under with their own stadium than a merger.

Really...? The RFL have previous when it comes to suggesting a 'Calder' merger. Yet you think the suspicion that they might put the same pressure again on the two teams once they agree to share a stadium is being "a pillock" do you?

Any sight or sound of the Saints new fabled stadium
Your job is to say to yourself on a job interview does the hiring manager likes me or not. If you aren't a particular manager's cup of tea, you haven't failed -- you've dodged a bullet.
