We paid 200k for gleeson in 2004 as a 24/25 year old at he top of his game. 100k for someone who's 29 next month and in not so good form is just a great bit of business for Wire. Besides this, 100k or nothing in October?.. hmmm, Mathers or no Mathers thats a great deal for us. Gleeson wanted out and Moran had earlier agreed to release him at end of 09 as a good will gesture anyway ("symapthetic")
