Poor Dicky Dick Ricky Rick Rich Richey, when he had his whistle and his pack of coloured cards and his two watches and his smart outfit and his boots and his ear piece, he thought he was a somebody, a figure of power and authority, even though most of us on the terraces knew he was a nobody.
Well Dicky Dick Ricky Rick, you now know all to well, now it's all been stripped away, you really are a nobody.

Questions that will never be answered:
How come the RFL have an IT policy and didn't have an ineligible player policy until last year, when they made one up?

Praise the Lord.
He was actually one of the better refs.
UNLIKE SOME REFS WHO SEEM STAR STRUCK WHEN REFFING THE BIG TEAMS HE ALWAYS SEEMED FAIR TO THE SMALLER TEAMS.

One of the better refs? Who can forget the forward pass that led to a try to Leeds against Hull KR season before last, when the ball went forward not one metre, not two metres, oh no mister, try fifteen metres.

It's because a precedent had never been set on an ineligible player, but Maurice Lindsey had been caught previously looking at www.dogsinthongs.com
Well he is a bookie.

The pass was OK as was the final result.
Silverwood is/was the best of a mediocre bunch. Cummings' world is crumbling around him. The move to full time officials has bizarrely left us with fewer quality referees.
Eddie Hemmings said the other day that there was still a vacancy within the full time referees, even with Thierry Alibert joining. He must have been referring to this.

Sounds like Silverwood doesn't get on with Cummings. RFL shooting themselves in the foot again by airing their dirty laundry in public. With such few people involved they should have got everybody in a room behind closed doors, passed apologies around, and then got on with it...
