Best team lost but it's not an undeserved Wigan win. Watson had the better game plan, enjoyable intense game. Thought McQueen was excellent again for Huddersfield and it was great to see Cudgoe roll back the years. Matt Peet seems a decent bloke, humble in victory.
If there is no struggle, there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom, and yet depreciate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground. They want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one; or it may be a physical one; or it may be both moral and physical; but it must be a struggle.

Decent game, I predicted a Wigoon win but hats off to the Giants they looked the better organized team for long periods. As many have mentioned Smithies should have had a yellow card in that game but overall it wasn't littered with foul play. . It need something special to win this game and Harry Smith supplied it on quite a few occasions so congrats to them and its a tough loss for the Giants for their efforts.
The new young dynasty of super saints is coming to a ground near you. Welsby-Dodd-Simms-Eaves-Rizzelli, not Eastmond...the future is coming.
