Being honest in the way Nathan Brown was clearly involves recognising why he lost and not whinging about refs like some coaches do, clearly it is not a question of dishonesty/lying in this instance it is about recognising your team was not good enough on the day to win the opposition/ not having the rub of the green in a tight match I have no doubt as most do that there may have been a tongue in cheek remark with his refrence regarding it is normal in this country to blame the ref as your coach did it very publicly.
