thats the impression I got, not all the championship clubs felt they could afford it so the decision was made it was either at all games or none

Don't see why though if a club can afford it let them have it, makes it a lot better!

the screen costs a lot more than you'd think. pretty sure that sky aren't keen on spending money on things like big screen unless they have to.
ok, its not great for fans, but as long as there is a video referee at every game im happy.
