Given that the report is for cases concluded in the last three months, I's say it doesn't take a Poirot or Holmes to work out that, yep, that'll be the one

I forgot about Ian Sibbitt and as I am Asthma suffer I can understand his individual case.
Although as far as I am aware Sabutamol is on the banned list as it is classed as a steroid.
