Saints booed off after losing by 4 at home despite winning everything in sight in the last few years.

Leeds booed off after losing to quins and Salford despite being current SL champions.

Bradford taking a mere 100 to Saints because they have lost a few games.

Hull taking 250 to Salford despite leading the table earlier in the season.

Wire taking 200 to Bradford.

The likes of Salford/Wakey/Hudds are always lambasted for their so called poor levels of support, however the last few weeks have shown that so called fans of the 'big' clubs are quick to turn on their side or even disappear altogether at the first sign of any losing streak.

I think you'll find we took more then most people last year even though we where poop, it's not the fact we're poop it's the fact we play such boring Rugby, that Salford is one of the worst grounds in SL and that it was on Sky that ultimately contributed to a lower attendance.

Us real fans don't look over our shoulder at our neighbours and do whatever we can to get one over on them. We look at the bigger picture. And this is the reason why Rovers are and will forever be considered a small club. Because their fans and board would rather get one over on Hull FC above anything else.

Quite sad, really!

SPOT ON!

All clubs have 'fair weather fans' it's just that the bigger clubs exponentially have more so it's more noticeable when they drop off.

It's very fair to say that most Saints fans you hear on Sky know sweet FA about rugby league. They can't even work out a forward pass when looking right at it going backwards.

Try standing with the morons, telling them the rules of the game. It's like a bloody playground under that gantry.

Worst part is, they would rather shout forward than sing a song.

Teams who've been languishing at the bottom of the table, or have been struggling with relegation for a couple of years - their fans seem to have been humbled by it. For me, if we lose we lose. It's not the end of the world, I just hope we turn it around the week after. When we win it's a bonus, and you pray that you can keep it up.

As a Giants fan we used to Boo when we won , it was that rare we thought we were doing something bad

To me i still go to most games with the attitude i've had for 20 years - a Win is a bonus, a defeat is a defeat and onto the next game.

it just goes to show that the supporters of the big clubs have been spoilt over the years.

Booed off after a 4 point defeat to Bradford ? hell in years gone by our players would have had the freedom of Kirklees for that !!
