See another "RL jobs for the boys" man ruining another club.
Sad to see. Widnes have suffered a similar plight to ourselves, remembered as a huge juggernaut of the past, a club who's size should be strong on the champ, yet is being run into the ground by awful ownership and management.
While we have hit rock bottom in having to play on parks in L1, ateast we've had a few good moments and appear to be rising. Widnes seem completely stuck in the mud and since being relegated have endured administration, five coaches, no play-offs, and their excellent academy abandoned with a "head of operations" ranting on social media. Theres a massive disconnect between the club and fans. I think that's something we seem to have repaired the last couple of years.

Feel for the Widnes fans. They seem to be a bit like where we were in 2020/21. Run on a shoestring and sort of in stasis until someone else appears willing to put some money in. It’s long time since those glory days of the 70s, 80s and early 90s.
"If you start listening to the fans it won't be long before you're sitting with them," - Wayne Bennett.
