He's right we do need some therapy after what has happened to the Bulls since he has been in charge at the RL. Absolutely up his own backside if he thinks he has done a good job.

Oh yes ‘impeccable’ and ‘a good job’, that’s what everyone says when asked for their thoughts on Mr Rimmer. He must be so so proud of all those good things he’s done for the game. The game is definitely not 10x in a worst position that it was, even at the top table, leading into the game selling its soul to IMG for them to rescue the game and tell us how it should be run.
Also a coincidence, him and his next in command have decided they want ‘a new challenge’ instead of keeping their cushty six figure salary roles, rather than the likelihood that they have been laughed out and ousted by IMG.
Nope well done Mr Rimmer. Sterling job. Hopefully you come back to odsal to take in a game and we can get the name of that therapist from you personally.

The capacity to find metrics and/or new words to present a self evident disaster, a collapse in interest, TV revenue, national profile, attendances at major events as a triumph, is the crisis of our age. As a culture we have lost our sense of values, of who we are, and therefore our sense of shame. You read comments from Wood, Rimmer, and feel no hope, because this is the type of man who rises in a society that has lost its way.

Does the notion that anyone with a different opinion to him on his handling of the Bulls affair is suffering from a mental health issue requiring therapy fit with the RFL’s core values? In particular the state of mind campaign?

Can't find a direct quote on the "needing therapy" bit. This was relayed to me second hand so might be inaccurate.
