Nope. Principles shouldn't go out of the window for convenience. Kear recognises that not getting vaccinated is an insult to your team mates and to society. We should stick to that.

If he's not vaccinated and we do sign him it does seem to fly in the face of what Kear was saying a few weeks ago.
